- Provide HelpDesk support
- Setup, configure, troubleshoot, analyze, and fix desktops/printers
- Install and upgrade standard software applications
- Install new software releases, system upgrades
- Evaluate and install patches and resolves software related problems
- Help with Printer Setups, Cell phones, etc
- Be available for On-Call once every 6 weeks
Some Experience with implementation and support of networks and computers and Microsoft Windows environment.
