Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 2+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Person shall greet vendors, customers, job applicants and other visitors and arrange for transportation services when needed. Answer phone calls and route incoming calls to appropriate personnel. Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook and issuing visitor badges. Handle incoming and outgoing mail. Manage general office supplies. Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain event calendars
Ideal candidate shall possess knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures. Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Work under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Possess excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
